The new structure of the school “Dan Bajrami” is composted by 1 underground floor and 2 floors over ground.

The new structure of the school "Arif Halil Sulaj" is composted by an underground floor and 4 floors over the ground.

The design of two residential buildings consists of 8 floors and 1 underground floor for parking.

The total utilized surface consists of 1.8 hectares divided into a spa area of 12,000 m² and a hotel area of 6,000 m².
