Blenard Durmishi
Graduated in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU), of Ankara-Turkey, he has been qualified for the profession since 2001 and is registered with the Albanian Association of Consulting Engineers.
Since the beginning of his career, he has dedicated himself to the design of works of art, bridges, complex buildings, and other structures, a consultant, and supervisor first in Ankara then in Miredita and Tirana. Being a structural operating software expert, he served as Executive Director and Coordinator, Designer and Supervisor for the construction of airports, hydroelectric plants, and designer of works of art on various road axes.
Blenard is responsible for the contractual management of the supervision of motorways and multidisciplinary projects according to FIDIC adopted contracts. Durmishi is the co-director of ILLYRIAN CONSULTING ENGINEERS (ICE) sh.p.k. in Tirana since 2006 and from 2020 he plays the role of administrator also of the new company “AGATE” in Tirana, Albania.

- Road Construction Supervision Project for Regional Roads - Kosovo
- New development area in Spitalë, Municipality of Durres, Reconstruction of the “Miqësia” and “Azem Hajdari” roads.
- Feasibility study of the 100 MW photovoltaic plant in Klina, Kosovo
- Urban Recovery and Rehabilitation Design of the future TID Area located inside the Archaeological Park of Durres
- Hydrological and topographic study for the Solar Plant 100 MW Hospital
- Supervision of construction works related to the project "Revitalization of the Pyramid of Tirana"
- Consultancy services for feasibility studies for infrastructure transport projects for the Municipalities of Vlora, ​​Himara and Saranda
- Public infrastructure of the areas affected by the earthquake of November 26, 2019, as part of the reconstruction - Valias area, Municipality of Kamza
- Revision of the project of the New Hotel "Tirana International Hotel" (34 floors, 45000 m 2)
- Public infrastructures of the areas affected by the earthquake of November 26, 2019, as part of the Reconstruction Project - 1 VORA
- In-depth expertise for buildings damaged by the earthquake of 11.26.2019, classified according to the degree of damage, in the Administrative Unit n. 5, no. 8 and n. 9 in Tirana, Albania.
